VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I have had one of their patients for over an hour waiting to be picked up at the hospital I would give 0 stars if I could!!! Appointment lasted all of 30 minutes and they have been waiting hours to be picked up. Patient negligence, no one communicates and never honest about proper pick up time. The person number they give you isn’t the driver! It’s ridiculous!!!!! Trying to get the patient set up with another transportation company. I am missing my entire lunch.
