I chose this transportation company based on all the great reviews. Sadly my experience was disappointing, to say the least. The driver arrived 20 minutes late. With traffic, that would barely allow me to arrive to my appointment on time. Instead of taking me to my appointment, he proceeded to go pick up a second passenger.
