I chose this transportation company based on all the great reviews. Sadly my experience was disappointing, to say the least. The driver arrived 20 minutes late. With traffic, that would barely allow me to arrive to my appointment on time. Instead of taking me to my appointment, he proceeded to go pick up a second passenger. While we waited for the other passenger, I realized that I would not be able to get to my appointment on time. I’ve tried other transportation services, but none compare to Wellness Transit. As a wheelchair user, being helped in and out of the van with care makes all the difference. They really go above and beyond.
