I have seen Dr Fiona Hong for over20 years and i like to say she is a very special, kind and great Dr There is never anything too much for her no matter what i ask . Today Dr Hong rang me to tell me my results i was waiting for, even rang me back 5 minutes later to ask me another question . I also feel no matter what it is with me i can ask anything, always get an answer no matter how personal it is. I have a partner who also sees Fiona Hong and he is also very happy seeing her for over 20 years. Else and Justin
Been seeing Dr Tang for over a Decade now. He Knows his stuff. Great communicator and always direct with his results. During Covid he was giving Flu and Covid shots to elderly patients in the car park. Risking his own health, helping the community. Going above and beyond.
I am extremely frustrated with the behavior of the Indian lady working at the pathology center. My mother, who does not speak English, has been subjected to rude and disrespectful treatment every single time we've visited. Most recently, this staff member mocked my mother for not speaking English, telling her she "should learn" the language. Front desk customer service was pretty bad. Don't know if she didn't understand English or her hearing was bad but had to repeat myself about 4 times just asking for a blood test. Tried to book an appointment and told her I hadn't been there for about 4 years only to be rudely told they aren't accepting new customers. I would've given 1 stars but Dr. Woo was my family doctor as a child and I know what a good job he does
