This Wellness studio ROCKS !! The instructors are all truly wonderful, talented and superb. I haven't taken a class yet that hasn't been great. I love every single one of them. I love the fact that this studio desires that every student has an experience tailored to their needs. If one cannot do the exercise/ yoga position a certain way, they always offer an alternative to adapt to the client's needs.
