Relaxing! Debbie was very welcoming with a warm smile which made me feel relaxed. We went over any issues I had and what my goals were today. I had quite a few. Headaches, dizziness along with constant shoulder, back, left foot and hip pain. I felt amazing during and when I left. I've had massages before but never like this. She knew the problems my body had and explained what she was doing as she went along. This is now a monthly visit for me.
