My wife wanted a swimming pool, I wanted a hot tub.We came across the Wellness Shop on line while doing our research. We checked out the reviews, which were great and the showroom pictures and decided to visit the store. Once we walked in we felt really comfortable right away. Excellent service. As somebody who moved into a home with an existing hot tub, I was unsure of what to do. Jason took the time to walk me through everything, sometimes multiple times, until I was feeling comfortable. Will definitely be using them again.
Had a great experience with my Jacuzzi service yesterday. These days it can be really hard to get good, timely and kind service for anything, but yesterday, I received just that for my jacuzzi. Really appreciated.
First and foremost, Jennifer was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient and guided us step by step on how to use our hot tub. Excellent customer service. We love our hot tub!
