Best customer service and quality products at Wellness Shop. Jenn is super knowledgeable and helpful. Her expertise and honest communication made it super easy for us get an awesome hot tub. The service team are also excellent. Professional advice and high level customer service that is so rare in today’s world. Greg is simply the best. I got my another brand new hot tub and the experience is as good as the previous times. I like dealing with customer service, especially Krystal, very helpful, polite, professional and easy to deal with. Delivery was great, guys did very good job, happy and enjoying the new tub, will definitely recommend them.
Greg from Wellness arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed a leak in the hot tub and fixed it efficiently. He also went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly, even discovering and correcting a 10-degree discrepancy in the temperature. Overall, I’m a very happy customer!
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always gets back to me and helps me maintain my spa. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
