I DO NOT recommend this company for a hot tub purchase. I thought hey spending more $ for a name brand will ensure the quality will last, we'll I'm here to tell you the quality is not good. They have excellent sales team, will go above and beyond to help with any questions, any time, right up until the point they have your $$. Staff were great at answering all my questions even by text after I left the shop and thought of more things to ask. Responses were prompt but never pushy. Delivery was set up quickly and the process was efficient with all personal arriving on time, when stated.
