Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They “winterized our tub” as they advised us it was the best option until getting a part replaced. Come to find out they did not properly winterized the lines and all of our pumps turn d into blocks of ice and now we keep getting the run around for weeks saying someone is sick or the weather is too cold when it’s only -2, list goes on and on.. the amount of time spend trying to resolve this issue is insane.. they were very response up until the issue arrived that was cau... read more
I DO NOT recommend this company for a hot tub purchase. I thought hey spending more $ for a name brand will ensure the quality will last, we'll I'm here to tell you the quality is not good. They have excellent sales team, will go above and beyond to help with any questions, any time, right up until the point they have your $$. Then, when issues start coming up they wash their hands of it. The Wellness Shop in London is a clean, welcoming store with a variety of products on display and set up to show customers its features. Staff were great at answering all my questions even by text after I left the shop and thought of more things to ask. Responses were prompt but never pushy. Delivery was set up quickly and the process was efficient with all personal arriving on time, when stated. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Eric. My hot tub had been down for over 3 weeks, and I was dreading an expensive and complicated repair. I’m am quite unimpressed with customer service. My hot tub fully shut off and will not turn back on. My partner and I called several times separately, left call back numbers, talked with the sales floor workers, and no one has been able to help us nor call us back. We are even willing to pay the emergency fees to have a worker come within 24 hours but WE CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE. We want to talk to someone about the issue we have. Not book online.
