Very happy with our purchase. We have had jacuzzi’s for life for a few years and decided to buy our sauna from the wellness shop too. Michael was knowledgeable from experience with saunas.the wellness shop took care of everything. Delivery and hook up were great with no issues.

From just a phone call the sales rep was able to find me a hot tub cover that is in stock. He was polite, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Delivery of the cover is about 10 days. Any other place we looked was 8-12 weeks. They also had the lowest price. So we are very happy with every aspect of this transaction. Katby
After shopping for several months and comparing top manufacturers, we thought we had chosen the highest quality hot tub and service support on the market. Unfortunately, this couldn't be further from the truth. We have had our hot tub for just two years and have already had two significant components fail - one being the main circulating pump.
