The Wellness Shop in London is a clean, welcoming store with a variety of products on display and set up to show customers its features. Staff were great at answering all my questions even by text after I left the shop and thought of more things to ask. Responses were prompt but never pushy. Delivery was set up quickly and the process was efficient with all personal arriving on time, when stated. We had a technician come to our house as our Jacuzzi hot tub had a leak. Andrew knew right away that it was the waterfall and started removing the back panel and started pulling out some of the spray foam insulation. He immediately saw the water leaking from the broken connection and after a few minutes he replaced the part and then tested the unit which didn't leak again. We just purchased our first Hot Tub from Mike and it’s Amazing! Mike helped us with our questions and the process was easy! I really appreciated when he came over after work to explain about the chemicals and tips about our hot tub! We love our Hot Tub and use it everynight! So happy it came before Thanksgiving, just in time for our big kids to use it! I highly recommend going to Wellness Shop in London! Best purchase ever!😊
The Jacuzzi hot tubs are amazing! My recent purchase is the best so far, as I had one previously. It is so easily maintained. The Jets are so wonderful ,they also are varied from strong to minimum pulse. Just loving it! The installers were thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. They were a fantastic crew.
