We experienced an issue with our jacuzzi hot tub and reached out to the Wellness shop. They immediately responded back to us and noted that our tub had not been working, and we needed prompt service. They sent a tech within a day. We had Julio and he was super knowledgeable. He explained a few things to us that we didn't know, and we have been hot tub owners for 20 plus years. Everything from purchasing, delivery, electrical hook-up was smooth! Everyone has been kind & friendly! We had some minor hiccups that were addressed & rectified promptly! They genuinely cared that we were happy and satisfied. I would absolutely recommend Wellness Shop!
We recently bought a Clearlight Sanctuary 2 Infrared Sauna from the Wellness Shop in Ancaster. Matt was very helpful and informed and made the total experience seemless from making our decision to set up in our house. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Wellness Shop for your sauna needs!
Duane has yet to respond to my second email about the leak underneath the unit. Make sure to ask about the warranty because they DID NOT explain it to me correctly. Let's start from the beginning.
