We recently purchased a used hot tub from the Wellness shop and experienced an issue with loosing a significant amount of water and the temperature not heating. Julio the service technician came to assess the concerns and found the water leak problem immediately. Julio was quick to fix the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent some time going over the many functions and settings on the hot tub with us which we greatly appreciated. Julio is great!
Everything from purchasing, delivery, electrical hook-up was smooth! Everyone has been kind & friendly! We had some minor hiccups that were addressed & rectified promptly! They genuinely cared that we were happy and satisfied. I would absolutely recommend Wellness Shop!
When I walked into the Wellness Shop, my husband and I were unsure as to whether we wanted to buy a hot tub. I was greeted by a friendly employee, Matt, who was most informative, communicative, and friendly? We ended up purchasing a Jacuzzi and have never been sorry since The communication with the Wellness Shop has been outstanding and Matt even came out on his day off to help us get started and learn the chemical routine as well as operation of the tub. They definitely deserve a 10!
We had servicing done on our Jacuzzi last week and the service provided was amazing. It was easy to book and the technician called me when he was 20 min away. He was professional and fixed the problem and answered all my questions. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our experience with the Wellness Shop has been exceptional, from our purchase to needing a service. They have always been available to answer any questions we have. If you are interested in a spa, I would highly recommend working with the Wellness shop.
