Professional and knowledgeable staff. Zack at wellness shop was able to answer all of questions as we entered our hot tub journey. Prices were fair and comparable to other brands. Installation was seamless and quick. We loved that the electrical was all organized by the wellness spa. We would highly recommend the wellness shop.
From start to finish - 5 stars! We originally reached out via their website and I was connected to Zack in Ancaster. Stellar service from Zack (we'd already done our research, but he was able to answer all our questions, was very professional and approachable, and had a great sense of humour). Jamie was awesome to deal with. He showed up when he said, explained everything that needed to be completed and had my Jacuzzi tub fixed in an hr. My only downside is the 160 service fee doesn't come off when you go forward with the work. No biggie just would've been nice. The service was great!!
This review has been long overdue. I purchased a 14’ swimlife swim spa in June of this year. Though there were minor issues along the way, the team at the Jacuzzi Ontario went above and beyond to rectify all the issues. Ken was super helpful and knowledgeable, his advice prompted me to purchase my swim spa. Greg was also super friendly and understanding when I informed him of the minor issues that I had, he went out of his way to make sure all my concerns were addressed immediately. Recently purchased a refurbished jacuzzi for the cottage. Matt, our sales associate, was super helpful and had great follow through. Communication for the delivery, hookup, and inspection was clear. The installation went well, even though the cottage road is especially challenging. Thanks Matt and Wellness Shop!
