Reply to owner response: providing a refund and apologising was the very least you could do. It DOES NOT make up for the illegal expiry dates you put on your gift cards, the experience I had, or the money I spent originally when you stuffed it up the first time. Sorry doesn’t wipe your illegal and unethical practices. Good luck. My wife purchased a gift card from this place for me for Fathers Day 2025. They put an expiry date of 27 January 2026. Amazing massage and reflexology with Bruce. I wanted a deep tissue massage and Bruce certainly got in there and undid alot of knots and tension. Left 2 feet taller! Will defintely come back for more.
