Love this space .. and love this gym. I have been training with Candice out of this location since it opened... it is private, clean, easy to access and the place has a "funky" vibe .. I have continued to work out when allowed during COVID and have felt safe ... Candice goes to great lengths to ensure the safety of her clients .. WRS is a well equipped, well organized, and super clean training facility but what really sets it apart is the trainers. I train with Candice but have had occasion to work with some of the other WRS trainers. Candice never ceases to impress with her knowledge and expertise. Workouts are tailored to my needs and around whatever physical limitations I have. Candice always challenges and motivates me to become a better version of myself. Wellness Revolution Studio is great place to work out. I go to the Seniors Fitness Class which I enjoy. Candice is very good at adjusting the exercises for individual needs. This is the only class that I have stayed with for more than a few classes.
