After swapping to this pharmacy after using Shoppers for years, I can honestly say I will never go back to another Shoppers again. The service here is convenient with responsive WhatsApp communication for anyone sick of confirming script pickups over unreliable automated systems, they knew me by name after only a few visits, and they were always warm with their service. If I could give this pharmacy a negative rating, I would give -5 without any hesitation. Also If my review get removed it will be because the owner won’t like my honest and sincere feedback about his terrible performance. I will also take a screen shot of my review to send it to the business group in London and to the pharmacist university.
