I’ve been taking the Mums and Bubs Pilates classes this year with Katie. My baby requires a lot of comfort so I was hesitant to join, thinking it was going to be too challenging for baby therefore not getting anything out of it. I was completely wrong! Katie and the other mums in the classes make us feel so comfortable every class whether baby was happy or not. I feel much stronger and in tune with my body again. Katie is able to cure any ailment of mine. She is the best osteo I’ve ever had - and over the years I’ve seen a LOT. The rest of the team are excellent too in the event Katie has been booked.

The most wonderful osteopath and Pilates at Wellness Osteo!! Couldn’t recommend them more- I came to them with a debilitating back injury and in a lot of pain unable to work. They helped me throughout my journey to recovery, from treatments to Pilates classes and personalised everything to my needs. Every practioner was skilled and qualified, couldn’t ask for more
