Had an amazing experience, the environment was very comfortable and my masseuse was very knowledgeable explained everything she did along the way. I had a great experience and I'm definitely coming back.
Absolutely loved my visit here. They were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. A hidden gem. I will definitely be back.
Reason Four to avoid Wellness: Additionally, When clients spend tens of thousands of dollars every year on services for recovery, they shouldn’t be charged for appointments when they unexpectedly get sick, or a reminder isn’t sent. There should be room for good clients who are struggling with several unexpected emergencies or sicknesses to be able to let them know what happened, and discuss not being charged, as had previously been a long time standard of service. As a long time client for 8 years, who has been personally asked this year to give a “testimony” for the website…I am sad to say, Wellness on Whyte has become toxic and unprofessional. I am no longer recommending them. They use to be different, and have changed… Bullying, defaming character, playing games, lying… not a way to keep your business alive by allowing staff to treat people with frequent relational aggression, etc without addressing professionalism.
