I highly recommend them Wellness on 1st, I had a wonderful massage experience! The therapist (Kathleen) was extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly how to address my problem areas. The whole session was relaxing, professional, and truly beneficial.
Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr. Shreya for your naturopathic needs. I truly cannot say enough good about her. She is personable, bubbly, professional and always leaves me feeling confident about the next steps on my health journey. Her treatment plans have DRASTICALLY improved my health and reassures me that I can in fact feel healthy and happy again. If you are new to naturopathy and don't know where to start, I would definitely recommend this practice and Dr.Shreya! :)
