I had my first real massage the other day, I have had such tightness in my shoulders and neck, I have osteoporosis, After my massage my neck and shoulders have loosened up , the aches in my arms are gone.. I am going to try to squeak another massage in before I leave for FLA.. I was very relaxed and her hands were warm and soothing, She also put some suction thing on my carpoul tunnel which has helped a lot.. I am ordered those suction cups.
