I first found out about Wellness Mode in 2019. A friend of mine completed the program and her results were inspiring. My husband and I signed up and lost 30 and 25 lbs. we kept the weight off until the beginning of this year. Knowing where I can go for guidance was easy. I am on my 8th week and down 17lbs. Super recommend this program. Counselors are awesome and you’ll see results the very first week. 💪💪

This company is the best! I love that I don't have to live in the same state as them to get unlimited support and encouragement. After hearing my sister's talk about their experiences, I decided to contact Wellness Mode. This program made it very easy to follow a lifestyle change in order help me lose 40lbs. I never felt deprived of food and I even learned to try a few new things, and liked them, with the menus they provided me. If you struggle with weight I would definitely give them a call!
