I've had such positive experiences here! The staff are always incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful, which makes seeing the doctor feel so comforting and stress-free. They take the time to listen and made sure I felt cared for every step of the way. Highly recommend if you want a welcoming and supportive medical visit!
I visited here for the first time today and saw Dr Neeschal Puri, I had previously seen four different doctors and a dentist for some pain I was experiencing over the last 5 weeks with no diagnosis, and today it was fixed on the spot. Dr Neeschal took the time to really check me, did not rush me at all and made me feel very listened to. Reception was lovely also and the centre was quiet and clean.
Called and booked in to see the medical centre for a skin cancer check up for my father and who lives abroad on the same day as a new patient. Lovely staff (Tanya and Nadine) who were lovely on the phone and welcoming when we checked in. Great service and a wonderful doctor (Dr Devaindran Elango) who treated my father with grace, dignity and kindness whilst providing a skin check and advice. Extremely happy with this medical centre. What a gem we have here in Springfield. Doctor Sudeep and staff absolutely spot on . Dr Sudeep is incredibly focused on picking up any dodgy lesions on my skin. Being in my 60’s anglo saxon skin, with many “ blemishes” he can spot the ones of concern. He has saved my life twice, thank you☺️staff at front desk ALWAYS welcoming and helpful
