I had such a wonderful massage with Lizzy. The entire session was incredibly relaxing, and she really took the time to focus on my problem areas, especially my tight hips. I could feel the tension melting away. By the end I felt so much relief. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and already thinking about when I can book my next session. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for both relaxation and real results.
Wow! Fabulous facial today! While most people think of Lizzy and her awesome massages, those hands provide a great facial too! Cleansing, firming and therapeutic… I had the dermalogic massage today and felt so great today when I left! So moisturized, clean, and my skin was brighter! Lizzy educates regarding good skin care, uses masks, red light therapy and so many tools to leave your skin healthy, bright and more youthful!

Elizabeth is amazing. Finally found a massage therapist. Uses a mix of tools to help target problems and ease through the different phases. Hot towels, oils, aromatherapy, massage gun, cupping, etc. Clean, calming, but amazingly energizing.
