As a loyal customer of 5+ years, I was shocked and deeply disturbed by my recent experience. During what should have been a relaxing massage session, I was subjected to aggressive scolding from the male massage therapist - all because I hadn't specified a preference of masseuse before the booking. Disgusting. There is a 50s therapist lady who kept hurting my shoulder blades and spine during massages with poor massage skills on silm person and said I had scoliosis, urging me to buy chiropractic services. She said that although she was not certified as a chiropractor, she had learnt it from America and that I didn't know any better for not obeying her.
My husband and I come have been coming here for 7 years for remedial massage and foot massage. Mac, John, Annie & team are very good. Thank you very much. Freda & Nigel
