I want to start by saying that I very much enjoyed my massage. The setup is not very spa feeling but I was in an astronomical amount of pain, so I couldn’t care less about that. My issue came when I paid (via credit card which has a $3.00 fee just fyi!) for my 90 min massage. I left the tip that I was comfortable leaving on the line and the cashier lady absolutely went at me. Saying that I NEEDED to leave a $30 (so almost 30%!) tip for my treatment. First and last time going here, the lady charged me for an hour massage and the lady ended up doing 90 mins which she made me pay extra, mind you the lady already charged my card once before I got the massage. When I was getting the massage the lady would not stop asking me if I got the 90 mins but I paid for an hour so I ended up paying over $200 cause they were getting mad that I was gonna leave a small tip after they charged my card several times

I did the one hour massage with hot stones and it was amazing. I wish I could go every day! I went to other massage places but they couldn’t compare
