So I decided to try a yoga class, even though I am inherently inflexible. This business is located close to my home, and I was able to make an appointment with Erin for an introductory yoga class. The lesson ran for an hour, and although I was questioning my existence for the first thirty minutes, by the end I felt looser and better than when I arrived. Great atmosphere… clean… quiet… relaxing… great for beginners like me. WL also offers many different types of classes. I love it there! Great place for beginners, pleasant instructors … very welcoming place for all.
