I had a great experience with Staci Conrad. She’s incredibly knowledgeable in body work and physiology and the work she does is phenomenal. She’s also very helpful in explaining things and what she sees happening in your body as well as how to address it. She used cupping for my session, which was my first time having it done. I was very happy with the results! Great experience!

I had an amazing massage with Staci. She did cupping and deep massage, and I walked out feeling so much better, especially in my left lower back and left upper back/shoulder area. I have had a lot of deep tissue massages over the years, and Staci is truly one of the best. She really understands the body, chronic pain, and where tension is coming from.
