What a wonderful gem we stumbled across while visiting Toronto. Both my husband I were looking for some holistic treatments while staying in Toronto for a long stretch of time. Loved all the services Dr. Taras Rodak offers and he is a wealth of great knowledge and wisdom regarding health and longevity. Each time we come back to visit the area, we make sure we stop in for a treatment.
I have been visiting Dr. Rodak for more than 2 years and have had incredible results. Colonics had been suggested to me and I had no idea how much they improve your gut health. I also have had accupuncture, which is harder to discern results but have not been sick for even 1 day since I started seeing him. Dr. Rodak and the staff at the Wellness Institute are very professional and knowledgeable.
I started going to the Wellness Institute since August, 2025. I was seen by Dr. Rodak and he is such a thoughtful and caring doctor. I addressed my concerns about being tired, bloated and having digestive issues. He has used bowen technique and acupuncture on me plus naturopathic drops to increase my energy level, controlling my digestion and making me feel so much better overall. What I like most is that he listens to my needs and addresses every one of them.
Dr. Taras Rodak helped me find the natural solution for my health concerns and problems. Symptoms like leg soreness and fatigue, overweight,bloating, neck pain and headaches. He's a pleasure to talk to and has plenty of knowledge and wisdom to share. Back in November 2025 I was lucky enough to read a review about him that caught my interests.
