Great variety of useful and modern equipments. I have not been in a gym for over 15 years and was not sure at the beginning what to do, but all trainers are very helpful and attentive. It helped to gain confidence quickly. I really like the early morning, small classes as they help to get more attention from the trainers. Sometimes it feels like a session with a private trainer. Keep up the great atmosphere.
