I had a very disappointing experience at this office and ultimately was denied care after raising concerns about communication and pricing. When I checked in, I informed the front desk that I would be self-pay because I did not have insurance. I was then told my initial visit would cost $400. disturbing that they claim to take Medicare and then when you call, they don't take note fix your advertisement so all the women in Collier County aren't left hanging with the disturbing fact that providers we have had here for years all dropped Medicare at once.

Poor experience, first visit waiting too long Test Results required another in person visit The person who treated me left the facility When I came back for visit was late due to season traffic and had to reschedule Find another place, they treat you like a number

This company keeps emailing me with appointment times, and I am not a client. They are very difficult to contact to get them to stop emailing me. They have no email, and don’t respond to Facebook messages to their business profile. You also can’t leave a message. Given I live in Australia, this makes it almost impossible to contact them to get off their emails.

I had been seeing Dr. Zobel for three years and never had any issues, until I came off a birth control that threw my hormones completely out of balance. I scheduled an appointment to figure out what was going on, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting over an hour and a half past my appointment time without any notice or explanation. Once I was finally taken to a room, I waited another 45 minutes to an hour for Dr. Zobel to come in.
