Medium sized gym with great people working there and a helpful community of members. Everyone was very friendly my first time visiting and they have nautilus gym equipment for a great work out. Definitely recommend!

Staff is super nice. Gym is small but has all equipment you need. Best bang for the buck.

I've been a member of Wellness for Life (WFL) in Laurel, MD for about 7 months and I love it. It's a smaller, community-focused gym that's always clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and members genuinely support each other. The trainers are dedicated — Trainer Dara (D) provides intense and challenging workouts that often push me beyond what I thought I was capable of. He’s played a huge role in my progress on my health journey. So glad I found WFL!
