Ambience, energy and extraordinary service
Great gym for those looking for a good clean environment to exercise without any stress of dealing with a crowd of people or waiting around for machines.
Heartily recommend it. My wife and I stumbled on this place two years ago and we are so glad we did. We are now both there 5 days a week and are in better physical shape than we’ve ever been. The people are friendly, there’s enough equipment so I never have to wait, the equipment is clean and in great shape, and the classes are very beneficial. It’s big enough, but not too big.
