Solid gym for anyone looking for a simple exercise experience. They have 3 barbells and 1 smith machine plus other machines and free weights. Staff is friendly and helpful. They offer classes. I wish theyd update some of their machines tho.
It’s a pretty good gym I like that everyone there workouts and doesn’t waste time equipment is good enough to get a good workout nothing to complain about it’s very old school so if that’s not your thing I don’t think it’s good fit but very quiet not that much people go here so it’s nice
