Cindy is probably the best massage therapist in the entire PDX area.
My wife and I had a couples massage and salt scrub. My wife loved hers and mine was good but I'd like a harder pressure. The body scrub was amazing but the air was slightly too cold. I paid a $50-60 tip and the lady who spoke mostly chinese seemed happy.
Had an amazing massage , will be back.
I just visited Wellness Foot and Massage Spa, it was professional and relaxing. Angela was a master of her art of massage. I think Angela is my favorite of all the massage therapists I have been too. I have visited more than 32 different massage parlors but none of them had Angela. A beautiful woman and very knowledgeable.
