I initially came in with painful feet. I was unable to walk any distance without pain. After several sessions I was able to be pain free and resume hiking. Truly part of my most important health care routine. Thank you Joy!

Oh wow! I'm use to what I consider a typical Swedish style massage where it's slow, deep tissue massage. I never realized that the style they practice at Ling's is exactly what my body needed. I still don't know the style, but it is the style where they stand on you (if you can handle that), they "tenderize" the muscles like you would in the kitchen, and of course it's mixed in with the slow, deep attention. The massage itself was good — nothing to complain about there. But at the end, the therapist demanded a $20 tip, saying “60 minutes – $20 tip” like it was mandatory. I’m totally fine with tipping when I feel it’s deserved, but being pressured like that, especially as a first-time customer, felt really awkward. What if I didn’t like the service? Tipping should be optional, not forced.

I booked a one-hour massage4/17/2025 11 am . I was told it would cost $70, and I paid $75 including a tip. My friend said the massage was relaxing, but the room was a bit cold, and he felt chilly. After the session, they suddenly asked him for an extra $20 in “tips,” which was never mentioned before. The therapist’s name was Maya or something like that. Very dishonest — Always ask about all charges upfront.
