Went today for the first time in a few years to this chiropractor and boy am I happy I did. I am up in my seventies, ugh, and use a trainer twice a week. I have been exercising for some time now and my trainer has kept telling me to go to the chiropractor. I kept on putting it off since I figured the pain in my lower back on one side would disappear, lol. When the trainer had concentrated on that area it felt good after but did not last long.
