Have not had such a deep massage in ages. I am a certified Swedish masseuse . The depth of the benefits : new energy, hip and lower back relief, constipation, just to list a few are still felt after 8 days. No medication or exercise would ever achieve such a long lasting relief. Mary masters the limits where she could bring me. Will certainly visit again.
Best experience I ever had! First massage where someone was able to accurately assess my weaknesses/limitations and target every muscle associated to provide relief through a combination of deep tissue massage, stretching and strengthening. Left my first appointment feeling brand new and look forward to many more!
Great massage therapy session and the Thai massage with Sherri was great.
