I've been seeing Stacy for awhile now and she has been great! She recently provided the option to try Somatic Therapy. Totally open to trying on my end! It felt a little weird at first but by the end, my body and brain had let go of so much! My 11 year old daughter commented that I sounded different. Calm. Positive. Peaceful.
