I was disappointed in going to a counselor across the street, had waited 6 Mon for appt, to find it was only drug treatment, not talking. As I headed home, useless script in hand, I saw wellness sign. Wrote down #, called, quick response! Didn’t have to wait 6 mon for appt to open, I could get in that very afternoon, next day or next! I Mixed feelings about my counseling experience through Wellness Counseling. During and following some difficult times in our lives, my daughter did attend Wellness Counseling and received adequate counseling through Holly. Holly is great with teenage girls, listening and giving relevant advice on how to move forward. She was a great advocate for my daughter when she needed it most. Sally Hudson has changed my life. I had all but given up on therapy and just figured I was going to be broken forever. I was miserable. Sally changed my life. I cannot ever thank her enough for the happiness and relief I now have. She taught me so much about trauma and how it affects our bodies. I HIGHLY recommend her for trauma therapy and EMDR.
