We are using Wellness Concepts only because the assisted living home where our mother resides gives us no choice of drug stores. We are required by Journeys Crossing of Elkton, Virginia, to use whichever store they choose. Even though Elkton Pharmacy is only a block away from Journeys we must use Wellness Concepts in Grottoes. Since Wellness Concepts has taken over the account, we have had issues with Mom’s prescriptions being changed without permission.
