The staff here are really nice and friendly. The downside is the wait time in the waiting room is terrible. On average you spend at least hour waiting for a 5 to 10 min visit. There is magazines, tv, and coffee/tea but no kids toys/area in the waiting room. The 3 star rating is for the time that you wait.
