I had another follow up appointment with Kate today, but for some reason when I scheduled my appointment for 10:15am the automated text system set me up for 10:30am. Just to be safe, I arrived at 10:10am, but ended up having to wait until 10:30am because another client was there. It would be super helpful to ensure that the automated date and time confirmation text alerts are accurate to prevent having to sit and wait for my appointment.
Wellness Centered is excellent for anyone looking to optimize how they feel and look. It’s honestly life changing. For anyone on the fence about taking charge of their health, you have nothing to lose by speaking with them and honestly everything to gain.
Th bed was comfortable and I liked the red light therapy for inflammation. My massage with Rachel was excellent
