I first came to Wellness Centered for the red light bed, and enjoy those sessions very much. Then I had two massages with Dana, which were incredible. But today, I saw Rachel for a massage, and after she took care of the sore spot in my hip and my tense neck and shoulders, she went ahead and used her extreme Jedi powers to seemingly swap out every cell in my body for some 19 year old girl’s, then drove the stress out of every muscle like an avenging angel up against the four horsemen of the apocalypse. Um, I’ll be back.
Staff is top shelf!!
Jenn is amazing and listens. Understands needs and wants. Does not pill push. Offers alternatives and shares a laugh with us too!
