Love the therapy pool. My husband started Aqua therapy after knee surgery and we signed up after the therapy was over. A great way to keep and build muscle. So wish Griffin had something like The Wellness Center, but until then, we will make the drive. Love the great staff also. 💕
Well maintained, and managed! Clean, and professional! Courteous staff! Members are kept well informed about the facility!
I have been doing physical therapy at the wellness center for almost a month now due to me being in a bad wreck. I had to have therapy on my leg and knee. Craig and Stan are good at what they are doing.
I love working out here, the staff is great! Massages are amazing! Only down side is that this gym isn't 24 hours.
