They keep sending my insurance company claims when I clearly explained to the correct person there in charge that my recent medical condition and transportation possibilities made it impossible for me to use their service. They keep sending in claims, which get denied of course. But will they come after me next? There is nobody to speak with “in the billing department” at the hospital. The supervisor at the fitness center is terrible at her job, doesn't respond. Only responded after about 4 follow up calls. If you have any complex issue I would recommend going elsewhere
