After several treatments with Jane I made significant progress with stiff and painful knees 5-9 months post total knee replacement surgeries (age 73). She also identified other areas of my body that can benefit from MFR and how all of these problem areas are connected. Jane's methodical and deeply informed approach complimented by her calm humane personality would benefit anyone who lives with chronic pain or mobility issues.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my myofascial release treatments. After living with stiffness and restrictions for so long, I honestly forgot would’ve felt like to move freely. In late 2022, I experienced a bout of Ramsey Hunt syndrome, which paralyzed half of my face. I found Jane thru these very reviews, and decided to give it shot. Well, it was one of the best decisions I could have made. Jane is wonderful, caring, and in tune with the body. I couldn’t recommend enough!
