She became hostile when asked to explain her diagnosis rationale and disclose applicable ideological biases, adding a “harmful” diagnosis on vindictively. My son reserves services here, i couldn't get him in anywhere due to long wait lists , tellahealth appointments took the stress out of having a mental health appointment since he could be in his own home , he enjoys talking with Melissa and has benefited greatly from the services she provides.
We love Melissa. She really digs deep to find the cause of symptoms. She also relates well to my son and he really enjoys talking to her. Would definitely recommend her!
