I started this program in June of 2015 and by November of 2015 i had lost 50 pounds. My BMI was way down, i had dropped 5 sizes. Dr. Chang was really helpful through the process and coached me through the success, recommend IP for everyone with both weight loss and health improvement goals in mind. I also had hi Cholesterol and I had high blood pressure and i was in danger of having to take medication. By the end of the program, all my numbers were good and no more need for the medication.
My total cholesterol was 370 on medication and I was 148 lbs (BMI 29) at the start of the program in February 2014. At the end of the program in May 2014 I had reached my weight goal range at 121 lbs (BMI 23.6) and improved my cholesterol to 200.
