I travel 45 minutes to this Location when I get there, she told me I have to change my PCP which she could’ve told me that over the phone and saved me a lot of time because I was in an Uber. I was so upset I left and I will not be returning unprofessional rude.

Impossible to get anything done with these people. I spent about 90 minutes being bounce from one office to another to another and another. They won't bother returning calls. They can't tell you anything about how much something costs. The crappy clinic at HEB was far better than the clown show at Wellness Bar. What a joke.

I love my provider ( I would give her 5 stars) but trying to get in touch with the office is horrible!! I called to try to figure out my bill but no one would answer the phone. I called probably about 5 times and finally got someone on the phone he said he would get the receptionist to call me back and I never received a call back. I waited a couple hours and called again and still the same issue. It shouldn’t be this hard to get ahold of the office. Also when someone doesn’t answer it gives you the option to get transferred... read more
