Unfortunately, this company is more worried about corporate policy than caring for your animal. They told me our pet only had 6-18 months to live. Then to continue medication, they are requiring we bring her in for wellness exams. They know how she is doing. They just want us to pay for more appointments and use the medication as leverage.
Fantastic service! From start to finish it was perfect! My dog doesn’t like men, but the gentlemen that took care of her were great! She was calm and friendly the whole time. They were thorough and the receptionist was so great!! I will definitely be back!
Dr. Nina and her staff were so kind and supportive when I had to have my dog euthanized. I cannot praise then enough for their compassion and for making a sad event a little more tolerable.
Went in for a scheduled x ray to rule out cancer or any other reasons for our dogs high liver enzymes. Was placed in exam room 5 and told someone would be with me shortly. I was there about 10 minutes early so waiting didn’t bother me. However, 40 minutes later in the same room and no one came in to speak to me or get my dog for my scheduled service.
