In June my family and I went to Yosemite for a week of walking and some major hiking. I came in and asked about a hydration type of drink that would keep me hydrated during those mountain hikes, and the CR7 was suggested. It has very low sugar and is loaded with more electrolytes and minerals your body needs after a workout, like hiking or any good cardio workout. I'm happy I used it in my hydration pack, for my hike.
