Julia with the front desk is extremely rude & unprofessional.
Lady at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. I never received a courtesy call the day prior. I had to call the morning of to get an address and time for my appointment. They told me my appointment was at 0930. The fastest I could get here was 0920. But they are claiming I’m late so I’ve been sitting in the lobby for 1 1/2 hours. Every time I ask how much longer she just sits there and says you were late and doesn’t answer.
The nursing staff rocks!! Great attitude and you can tell they have a passion for helping people..
My husband had to have a spinal simulator put in his back anytime he has surgery I get nervous but the staff and particularly Neala in the front made me feel comfortable and got me coffee! And the discussion about or kids made the time fly! We definitely recommend thank you Neala!
