The level of care and knowledge is unmatched. The staff are wonderful and the amount of services they provide is a one stop shop from compression stockings to braces and shoes. I have had so much medical issues and they had a knee brace and ordered my an elbow brace. I ordered running shoes and sandals. When I wear another pair of this brand Kybun my feet do not hurt worth every penny. Thank you team awesome you are all incredible and I appreciate you.
Customer service is amazing. All staff know their product snd offer the best advice. Selection is great and turn time, if the product is not available, is quick. Location is great, the building is new, spacious and clean. One stop shopping
Esther was so helpful in picking out new shoes and compressions for work and shared her knowledge with me about each product. Thank you so much! UPDATE: I went again (4months after my initial update) and I believed I was helped out by Shuko this time and still the service is amazingly stellar here. Plus their new space is so nice!!! You won’t be disappointed going here and the team is just so welcoming.
Just completed my first order here and from start to finish, despite added complications of doing this all remotely, these ladies are super attentive (but not pushy), knowledgeable, professional and quite frankly, super kind.
