My child was 17 months old and because I won’t let her take her to the back by herself after 1 visit I got DCS called on me, and while at her last visit the therapist was not paying attention and smacked her head on the wall, which left a knot. I’m not gonna take my child somewhere that could cause her to have a concussion on top of everything else.
I can't rave enough about the dedicated and wonderful therapists here! These therapist are better than anywhere else in kingsport and they truly love their jobs. Special shout out to Amanda and Jessi, they are amazing and I absolutely love them working with my son. The facility is well maintained and very neat and clean. If you find yourself with a young child in need of OT, PT, speech, or otherwise I would definitely give the Sullivan center a try!
Very nice, clean-enough facility with friendly staff and excellent services which include breast care, physical therapy and more.
