I am someone who has an irrational fear of the Dr. This was one of the only Dr offices where I have felt comfortable and heard in a long time. Kathy Powers and my nurse Sharon were phenomenal for my visit even through my pitfalls of anxiety which I am sure can be annoying. Ballad does not have a good reputation, but I will say, I was very impressed with this office. I don't go to a Dr's office very often and I hear of many people getting brushed off. I have been a patient at Ballard Heath since my previous physician of 10 years retired & closed her practice unfortunately . Prior to that I lived 3/4 of my life in another state &1/4 here. I had the same physicians for over 20 some plus years in the other state I resided 3/4 of my life .I have NOT found a PCP since my previous physicians that are all amazing , compassionate , caring , knowledgeable, personable, honest, , trustworthy, dedicated & understanding physicians . I'll give you a heads up, if you are not upper class don't bother going here, Dr. Sharma did not get into the profession to help anyone, it's nothing but money and away to impose her opinions, again don't waste your time with this place you will not receive help you do not matter to them wished I could go lower than one star.
I came here today because my daughter sprain her ankle. I walked in and my 6 year old told me he had to bo bo and I told ok hold on baby let me check your sister in . I checked her in and I ask the lady which was older can my son use the restroom she said he can it in the hallway and I’m like we’re right her the bathroom is here.
