I wanted to be a new patient here but its seems impossible to get an appt. I turned in the necessary paperwork and received a call to schedule an appt. I called back and the front desk told me I needed to have my records transferred first. I did that and called again. This time the staff member said I don't need to have my records first and said she would call me back later in the day after she figured out was wrong - I never received a call back. Ii give up. Front desk seems to be very disorganized.

The nurses receptionist Are extraordinaire they are great Bonnie, Heather and biscuit in the front office. Do a great job and they’re always willing to help whenever it is needed. They are great people and shows in their work. I’ve never met a bunch of better receptionist in my life like I said they are great

Dr. Wellmon's nurses and office staff are top notch. I would like to shine a light on Heather That works in reception and discharge. Not only is she a wonderful person, She also goes above and beyond Contacting insurance providers to get approvals for Medicine and Referrals. She doesn't quit until she gets the job done, I hope they realize what a valuable employee She is to the office and big help to the patients. Steven Smith
