Horrible, avoid at all costs
Last Thursday I was on a very bad abdominal pain. I arrived there assumming I will get help since it is in my health network. They actually told me they could not help me. I had to drive 10 miles to the other facility. Very bad customer service.
They need to work on their phone etiquette. I was put on hold without a word. Then no greeting or introduction from the PSR. Although it wasn't said, her tone was more of "what do you want"....
Yup! After 11 am, it's more important for them to stuff their face than answer calls. SMH.
