Humana put this company in charge of my account. I was told To go to new DR. as my Primary Care. Before this doctor could see me. The told me they were moving to Humbel and I would Have to go there. Being polite I told them that was not possibele because it would be to far for me to travel. I then called Humana back expressing I must have a doctor that is in mt town. The doctor partially mis diagnosed my condition. I tested positive for influenza, and negative for covid, but the pneumonia was completely missed. Probably since the doctor never got close to me. There was no checking of my ears, nose, throat and most importantly my lungs. Next level urgent care diagnosed the pneumonia within minutes of my exam because they actually checked those areas. I would not recomend Dr. Tapasya Mandalapu, MD for serious health concerns. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.
